Building on this years’ success, next year promises even more networking and sales opportunities, with around 400 delegates expected. Our Expo offers valuable connections, product and service exposure, and the chance to sell through our preferred wholesaler.

EXHIBITION

For both shell scheme and floor-space-only stands, a maximum of 2 people per 3×3m exhibition space is permitted. Any request for additional personnel must be discussed with the Expo Organisers.

ADDITIONAL EXHIBITION INFO

The floor plan will be made available on 25 November to all companies that have submitted a completed application form. Floor space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. FLOOR PLAN WILL BE UPDATED ON A WEEKLY BASIS AND SHARED. Once your stand has been reserved and confirmed, an exhibitor manual will be shared which will include a furniture and electrical order form.

Price: R35,000.00

This package includes a 3x3m exhibition stand with a basic shell scheme setup. Your company name will be displayed on the fascia board. Basic shell scheme includes a plug point, spot lights and carpet flooring.

Floor Space Only (Required)

Price: R32,500.00

Floor space only provides a marked-out area without walls, flooring, electrics, or furniture; exhibitors must supply and construct their own stand. A contractor form will be provided with the Exhibitor Manual for those using external stand builders.
