EXHIBITION

For both shell scheme and floor-space-only stands, a maximum of 2 people per 3×3m exhibition space is permitted. Any request for additional personnel must be discussed with the Expo Organisers.

ADDITIONAL EXHIBITION INFO

The floor plan will be made available to suppliers on a first "booked" basis. Floor space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. FLOOR PLAN WILL BE UPDATED ON A WEEKLY BASIS AND SHARED. An exhibitor manual will be share no later than June 2026.

Price: R35,000.00

This package includes a 3x3m exhibition stand with a basic shell scheme setup. Your company name will be displayed on the fascia board. Basic shell scheme includes a plug point, spot lights and carpet flooring.

Floor Space Only (Required)

Price: R32,500.00

Floor space only provides a marked-out area without walls, flooring, electrics, or furniture; exhibitors must supply and construct their own stand. A contractor form will be provided with the Exhibitor Manual for those using external stand builders.
