Matric Care-Package Giveaway Terms and Conditions

The TIBB Matric Care Pack Giveaway is open to legal residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older.
Nominated matriculants must be currently enrolled as Grade 12 (Matric) students at a recognised public or private secondary school in South Africa for the 2026 academic year.
Enrollment Verification: Ringpharm reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to confirm the nominated student’s Grade 12 enrollment directly with the named school prior to awarding any prize. Any nomination found to be fraudulent, invalid, or unverified will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be drawn.

To successfully enter the giveaway, participants must complete all three required steps on the official social media post:

Follow the official Ringpharm social media page hosting the giveaway. (Either Facebook or Instagram)
Comment “TIBB” on the official giveaway post.
Send a Direct Message (DM) containing the First Name and School Name of their nominated Matric student.

Incomplete entries or entries that fail to comply with all three requirements will be deemed invalid.

The prize consists of a TIBB Matric Exam Care Pack featuring health and wellness products (Tibb Septogard 60s, Tibb Xcel 60s, Natura Rescue Drops 25ml, and Tibb Stress-Away 20s) with an approximate retail value of R871.97.
A total of 5 Care Packs will be awarded across the campaign.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or alternative products.

Winners will be selected via a random comment picker draw from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.
Winner(s) will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on the platform where the entry was submitted within 48 hours of the closing date.
If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification or is unable to verify the nominated student’s school details upon request, the promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select a runner-up.

Delivery of the care pack will be arranged via Ringpharm Head Office to the winner’s closest Ringpharm Pharmacy. Should the distance between the winner and their closest Ringpharm Pharmacy be over 15km, arrangements will be made to deliver the prize directly to the winners’ physical address.
Rinpharm does not accept liability for lost or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete contact and address details provided by the entrant.

By submitting the nominated student’s name and school via DM, the entrant confirms they have received the necessary consent to share these details for the purpose of this giveaway.
All personal information collected (including names, school details, contact numbers, and delivery addresses) will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and used solely for administering this promotion. Data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties or retained after the campaign concludes.

Ringpharm reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the giveaway and these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond reasonable control.
