About the role:
As a Field Service Agent for the Ringpharm Pharmacies Group, you will be the key support for our members in your region. You’ll play a crucial role in integrating new pharmacies into the network, ensuring consistent branding, coordinating in-store promotions, and providing ongoing support with in-store merchandising and more. Attention to detail and a strong knowledge of retail merchandising will be a significant advantage in this role. With regular check-ins and a customer-first mindset, you’ll be the trusted face of Ringpharm in your region.

 What we’re looking for: 

• Previous experience as an in-field pharmacy representative.

• A matric certificate (minimum requirement).

• Strong administrative and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license and your own vehicle.

• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
