Field Service Agent – Gauteng

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Field Service Agent to support our sales team in driving growth and delivering exceptional service to our Ring Pharm pharmacies. The role is ideal for an energetic, proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full onboarding of new Ring Pharm pharmacies
• Conducting general pharmacy check-ups and support visits
• Addressing operational or compliance issues from a Ring Pharm perspective
• Managing signage roll-out and marketing implementation in collaboration with the Ring Pharm back-end office team
• Ensuring brand standards and franchise requirements are consistently maintained at store level
• Travelling to various pharmacy locations across Gauteng and surrounding regions

Experience & Skills Required:

• Previous experience in a field of service or field support role
• Strong knowledge of Gauteng and surrounding regions
• Excellent customer care and relationship management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure
• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues on-site

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Grade 12
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
•   Valid Code 08 driver’s license
• Reliable own vehicle (essential)
